Getting healthy takes a constant effort. There is so much to learn about how and what to eat and being creative can be a challenge. Learning to cook differently and trying new combinations of spices and herbs is fun. Even trying my hand at growing an herb garden, so far the results are not very impressive...but, not giving up!!!

ReplyDeletecorrection, the crackers are only 1 point instead of 2 as previously posted...it's only one point, but it make a difference!!
